Mrs Cowell's Cookery Club - Year 8 Celebrate International Chocolate Day

It was chocolate heaven in the Food Technology room on Thursday night when Year 8 was invited to celebrate International Chocolate Day (which is actually 13 September).  

Pupils that went along to the after-school cookery class got to have a go at making a batch of chocolate brownies.  

The picture captures the very celebratory mood five of the eleven pupils were in after a successful baking session. Well done Lee, Josh, Henry, Keigan, Joel and the rest of the group.

The Year 8 pupils got to take home a batch of freshly made brownies but we wonder how many actually made it all the way home?
