Year 11 GCSE Food & Nutrition

Mrs Cowell's first lesson for her Year 11 Food & Nutrition pupils was all about how to prepare prawns and squid. 

As you can see from the photos, there were some mixed reactions, but squeamish though some were, everyone had a go!
