Spring term attendance awards

The Easter egg draw would normally have taken place during whole school celebration assembly at the end of the Spring term. As we had to close earlier than planned, and at very short notice, we were unable to have an assembly.

As the prizes had already been purchased, Mr Eastham agreed with Attendance & Inclusion Manager, Mrs Swire, that the draw should still take place giving well deserved pupils with 95% and above attendance a chance of winning an Easter egg.

Assistant Headteacher, Mrs Crank, was given the job of randomly selecting three pupils' names from each year group. Our very own Easter bunny Mrs Swire then, following government social distancing guidelines, personally delivered the 15 eggs in time for Easter.

The following were the lucky winners; Year 7 – Martha McA, Lewis B, Jack W | Year 8 - Alfie N, Holly D, Holly E Year 9 – Violet S, Jake B, Charlie E–H | Year 10 - Amy L, Maisie B, Nicole C Year 11 - Nico P, Jayden A, Sam T.
