GCSE Results Day – Class of 2025
21 August 2025
Principal Mr Eastham praised the ‘strong performances’ of the Class of 2025 as they received their fantastic GCSE results.
Priory pupils excelled, 59% gained a Grade 5 or above in English and 46% achieving a Grade 5 and above in Maths.
There were excellent results in science and languages and Priory also offer vocational qualifications such as Performing Arts, ICT Digital Info Tech, Engineering and Childcare where the results were outstanding.
Mr Eastham said: “We’re incredibly proud of this year’s Year 11 students. They have achieved an excellent set of GCSE results that are a testament not only to their dedication and perseverance, but also to the unwavering support of their families and the commitment of our staff.
“Beyond this academic success, our students leave us as confident, well-rounded individuals, fully prepared for the exciting opportunities that lie ahead.”
We are proud then to celebrate the achievements of our Year 11 students as they receive their GCSE results today, marking the culmination of five years of dedication, growth, and resilience.
We extended our heartfelt congratulations to all students, recognising not just their academic results, but also their personal development throughout their time at Priory.
This year’s GCSE results represent just one part of a much broader picture. While we are incredibly proud of the hard work and determination our students have shown in achieving these fantastic outcomes, we are equally proud of the young people they have become. Their strength, positivity, and resilience, particularly over the past year, have been truly inspiring.
Students at Priory have excelled in a wide range of subjects, and we are pleased to report strong performances across the curriculum. Results reflect not only academic success but also the impact of high-quality teaching, a strong support network, and the collective effort of students, families, and staff.
Beyond exam grades, we also celebrate the many ways in which this year’s leavers have contributed to school life—whether through sport, the performing arts, leadership roles, volunteering, or other enrichment activities.
Our mission has always been to nurture well-rounded individuals. We want every student to leave us not just with strong academic qualifications, but with confidence, compassion, and a readiness to contribute positively to the world around them.
As Year 11 students now take their next steps; into further education, apprenticeships, or other pathways; we send them off with pride and gratitude.
We thank each of our students, and their families, for the trust and support they have shown in Priory over the years, and we wish them every success and happiness in the exciting futures that lie ahead.
