The cut-off time for online catering orders is changing

The cut-off time for online catering orders via Vericool/SwiftOrder is changing.

After Easter, orders must be placed by 11.59pm the night before.

To enhance the catering service we offer in school, after Easter the new cut-off time for orders will be 11.59pm the evening before for both break and lunchtime food. This will allow kitchen staff more time to fulfil the increased menu.

A new menu will be available (see newsletter 26 March for preview) with more options for vegetarian/vegan and gluten-free diets. Sandwiches and salads will now also be available on the break time menu, as well as lunch.

To avoid missing the deadlines, pupils may prefer to select their orders over a weekend for the full week ahead. Orders can be cancelled or items removed up to the evening before, where necessary. The online system allows you to view everything you have ordered in advance and you can cancel orders, up until the 11.59pm deadline, by clicking on the red 'refund' button at the left of each item to remove it.
