Full STEAM Ahead for Careers Event

Held in the Assembly Hall, classes from all year groups attended to chat with employers, colleges and universities with the aim to inspire and educate pupils about careers in the STEAM sectors.

Organiser and Science teacher Mrs Massey said, "We are passionate about ensuring that pupils are well informed about career options so they can make open minded choices about their future"

"I was really pleased that so many employers and education providers could attend to make this event so beneficial. The pupils were a credit to us, asking great questions, interacting with the activities and collating lots of information. Some were nervous about the prospect of talking to people they didn't know about careers but responded fantastically to the challenge."
