Emily and Aiden: I love Maths because...

Assistant Head of Maths Mr Henshaw, along with the Maths Department, ran a competition asking pupils to say what they particularly enjoy about the subject. Pupils were tasked with completing the following sentence,  "I love Maths because..."

Here's why Year 7 Emily and Aiden love Maths:

Aiden...

...because I'm a huge fan of problem solving and I love a challenge. I enjoy maths and take part in it all the time. My favourite section of maths is Algebra. I find the homework and lessons really engaging. That is why I love Maths.

Emily... 

...because it can help me so much in the future, and maths can be used as a pass time on the road or when you have 5 minutes spare.
