A group of Year 9 and Year 10 pupils has completed their Bronze Duke of Edinburgh Award over the course of this academic year. They have all worked extremely hard and been a huge credit to the school.

All pupils had to complete a form of volunteering, improve their physical fitness and learn a new skill. Pupils then completed a two-day expedition at Rivington, relying on their teamwork and map reading skills to navigate themselves around the course.

Mrs Cauchi, DofE Leader at Priory, said "It has been a fantastic opportunity which has pushed pupils outside of their comfort zone. Our current Year 8 pupils will have the opportunity to undertake the Bronze Award when they begin Year 9. An introductory assembly takes place for them on Friday."
