Year 7 continue their unbeaten run in South Ribble league

Priory’s Year 7 football team continued their impressive unbeaten start to the season with a second successive 1-0 victory. 

After beating All Hallows 1-0 in their first game of the season (Jack S on the scoresheet), they followed this up on Monday with another 1-0 win at Lostock Hall Academy. 

Assistant Principal and Team Coach, Mr Gee, said, "A commanding performance saw a second half winner from Harvey R gain Priory all three points. Taylor G was named player of the match." 

The Year 7 team now has further matches against Leyland St Marys and Balshaws, and two further victories will see them crowned South Ribble League Champions.  The boys will also start their Lancashire Cup 7-a-side knockout after the half term break.
