A successful weekend for Millie

Last weekend Year 9 Millie competed in the North West Classic Challenge gymnastics competition.

The City of Preston gymnast competed in the Bronze category and not only did she top the results for her age category winning overall, she also came 3rd on vault in the North West, plus 1st on vault in Lancashire, 2nd on bars in Lancashire, 3rd on beam in Lancashire and 2nd on floor in Lancashire.

What a scoop!  Well done to our double Lancashire and North West champion.

Millie's coach tells us, "Millie was also overall champion in the entire of Bronze in a pool of 96 amazing gymnasts".

Millie heads to London in a few week's time to compete in the National finals.
