Archie, Adam and Zackary: I love Maths because...

Assistant Head of Maths Mr Sneddon, along with the Maths Department, is running a competition asking pupils to say what they particularly enjoy about the subject. 

Pupils were tasked with completing the following sentence, "I love Maths because..." and qualifying responses were rewarded with an I love Maths badge.

Here's why Year 7s Archie, Adam and Zackary love Maths:

because it is sooo much fun to learn how to do things like algebra. I also love finding different facts and I wish I had more maths every day. Maths is definitely one of my favourite lessons and I would love to see more people learn all about it in their free time as well. I also do maths on Duolingo

Charlotte...

because I like all the different things we do in maths and how it is satisfying when you get the right answer. I also find that complicated maths is really interesting.

Zackary...

because I like accurate drawings and algebra angles.
