Priory pupils bring festive cheer to Penwortham

On Tuesday, a selection of singers from all year groups visited Longton Nursing Home, Priory Park Nursing Home and Booths Supermarket, Penwortham, to perform a selection of Christmas Carols and other Christmas songs. 

This annual activity gave our pupils the opportunity to perform in different venues and offered the chance for other members of the public to experience musical events themselves who might not ordinarily be able to come into school.

Mr Taylor commented, “Our presence was very well received and it was so pleasing to be able to take such good numbers of pupils to offer some Christmas cheer to both the residents in Longton and Penwortham and the shoppers in Booths. We greatly look forward to going again next year.”
