Year 8 Pupil Chases the American Dream with NFL Flag Football 

Year 8 Isla has dreams of playing NFL in America!

Isla plays for Lancashire Buccaneers NFL Flag, an Under 14s American football team, based in Croston at Bishop Rawstorne.

“I played in a tournament at primary school and my coach there coached at the Buccaneers,” said Isla.

“I was interested so I decided to have a go and I attended sessions at the start of Year 8.

“It is a fun thing at the moment, I play running back and safety, but my dream would be to play for Great Britain and then go to America.”
