Happy Mothers Day From Food Tech

After learning all about ‘chicken’ in their Food Preparation & Nutrition course, teacher Miss Lewis-Lavender thought it was only natural that she followed this on with the study of ‘eggs’. Of course, the most delicious use for an egg is to make a cake, and with Mother’s Day on Sunday, her Year 10 pupils combined their brief with thoughts of this special occasion. I hope we’re not spoiling any surprises here but I think there’ll be some very happy mums when they see the results!
