Pupils and staff have the choice to pre-order cold food to Take Away by using the online facility, SwiftOrder/VeriCool, or purchase hot food directly from the dining rooms to Eat In or Take Away using fingerprint identification to make payment*.

Pre-order online from the Take Away menus for break and lunch 

Pupils must pre-order their cold food using the online facility,  SwiftOrder / VeriCool, and select from the Take Away menus.


When logged in there will be two menu options - select Break Take Away or Lunch Take Away.

Orders must be placed online before the cut-off time, which is 11.59pm the night before. From Friday evening, if you prefer, you can order in advance for the week ahead.

For Break and Lunch choices range from baguettes and sandwiches with various fillings to pasta and salads as well as fruit, cereal bars, cakes^, popcorn^ and drinks.  

Orders for all year groups will be brought to the Auditorio to collect.

Hot Food

Plated Meals | Chicken Wraps | Jacket Potatoes | Paninis | Pizza Slices | Bacon Barms | Snacks | Fruit | Drinks

Purchase hot food served fresh on the day at break and lunch from the dining rooms. Pupils will have the option to have it plated to Eat In or put in disposable cartons to Take Away. (hot food is not available to pre-order)

No cash is required as fingerprint identification will be used to deduct payment from your account* at the tills.

A limited selection of sandwiches will also be available to buy on the day in the dining rooms, alongside snacks, fruit and drinks.

There’s a great choice with a three-week rolling  lunch menu which will be displayed around school and in the weekly newsletter.  A sample menu is attached.

For Break choices include bagels, sausage/bacon barms, pizza slices, toast and garlic bread. For Lunch, plated meal choices include pasta dishes, curry, roast dinner, fish and chips and regular ‘specials’ alongside jacket potatoes, chicken wraps, paninis and more.  

Vegetarian and gluten-free options also available.

Vending Machines

The vending machines offer a wide selection of bottled drinks. These are located in the Bistro (the Year 10 & 11 dining area, arriving mid-September) and at the back of the Sports Hall which crosses the Year 7 & 8 area. Drinks can only be paid for with cash or contactless card payment (there is no fingerprint scanner).

Exclusively for our Year 10 & 11 pupils and staff, we also have a hot drinks machine in the Bistro.  All drinks are 60p each and also, must be paid for with cash or contactless card payment. Pupils must consume these within the Bistro area.
