Priory was invited to take part in the South Ribble Schools annual cross country championships last Saturday, 6 October at Hutton Grammar School.  Almost forty of the school’s best runners, across Years 7-11, were selected to take part and compete against ten other local schools.

There were three age categories with individual races for boys and girls. Four Priory pupils finished in the top ten positions which was an excellent result for races with over 70 participants in each category.

Head of PE & Sport, Mr Bullock, commented: “A massive well done to all the pupils that gave up their Saturday morning to represent the school.  They gave it their best and were worthy ambassadors of the school”.
