Lancashire School Games

On Tuesday, eleven of Priory's Year 7 boys represented Priory at the Lancashire School Games held at Stanley Park, Blackpool.

Pupils participated in outdoor adventure activities such as the climbing wall, high ropes, archery and orienteering, whilst four pupils also represented South Ribble in a dodgeball and rugby tournament.

Mrs Simpson, who accompanied the pupils said, "It was a fabulous day with the Year 7 boys, our dodge ball and rugby team were superstars, losing one dodge ball match and winning all their rugby matches in style. They also won the pennant for teamsmanship with their Year 5 teammates from Farington Moss St Paul's C of E Primary School.  The boys were outstanding and their interaction and involvement with their Year 5 teammates was lovely to see. They were an absolute credit to Priory!"
