Year 9 rugby tounament

On Tuesday, Priory's Year 9 boys took part in the PNE Community & Education Trust's high school rugby league tournament against South Ribble schools.
The team played four group games, winning three, and narrowly lost in the final match against Leyland St Mary's.
A spokesperson for PNECET said, "Some brilliant skills on show from them and our two other competing schools"
Well done to Ethan H who was recognised as the most valuable player by tournament officials.
All the action took place at UCLan Sports Arena, where the Wales Rugby League - Rygbi Cynghrair Cymru - national team are now training in this first week of the Rugby League World Cup.
