From Primary to Priory - Broad Oak and Cop Lane Primaries

This week we invited Broad Oak Primary School and Cop Lane Primary School pupils to experience a day at Priory.

The Year 5 & 6 pupils came along for a taster day on Tuesday and Thursday respectively where they got to sample lessons from the core subjects to History, Science, PE, Drama and Languages.  Pupils were supported by familiar faces from their primary school who are now in Year 7.

Top images show pupils from Broad Oak who created internet safety posters in Computing and analysed interesting character descriptions in English, amongst other activities. 

On Thursday, pupils from Cop Lane had a lesson in Science where teacher, Mrs Potter, said, "We made paper plates and put tea lights under them to model convection currents. The Year 7 helpers who were past pupils of Cop Lane did a fantastic job too!"
