Year 8 pupil's year topped off with a duo of success

Kesley-Rae is a multi-talented sports star at Priory.

The Year 8 attends street dance at Eden Singleton Dance Company and, at their annual summer show, was voted their Street Dancer of the Year.

Her Street Dance team also won Team of the Year for their performances at competitions this year.

Kesley-Rae said: “I went with my sister to watch Street Dance and then I started doing it and loved it. It’s fun and I enjoy the competitions too. I feel proud to win Street Dancer of the Year.”

Kelsey-Rae is also a footballer – she participated in a six-a-side tournament with her team Lostock Hall FC recently and won the tournament with no goals conceded throughout the eight games.

“I play right-back so I helped out in defence. Both street dance and football are hobbies. In school, I like PE, Music and Drama.”
