Doctor, doctor talk about careers in medicine

This week we welcomed Dr Dunni Adeniyi into school to talk to pupils about careers in medicine. The session included training lengths, training options, salary and skills required. Questions posed by pupils also led to more in-depth discussions regarding viruses and medical conditions. Pupils found the session useful in terms of the insight they gained, with a number now reaffirming their desire to follow this pathway.

Dr Adeniyi said, "It was a pleasure speaking to the students of Penwortham Priory about a career in medicine. The students were so well-behaved and asked really good questions".
