Priory’s pupils and staff were jump(er)ing for joy as they put on their Christmas woollies all in aid of a good cause.

Organised by Year 10 pupil, Adam McDermott, with help from his H7 class mates, the group has been busy getting the word out that for one day only their blazers can be left at home in exchange for a festive knit.

Staff too embraced the day with their embarrassing knitwear, from Rudolphs, penguins and sequins, to the more classic Fair Isles.

Pupils taking part brought in £1 for ‘Save the Children’.  Total monies raised were still being counted as we went to press however initial estimates are up to £150.

Save the Children’s aim is, that with everyone’s donations, they can keep making the world a better a place for children everywhere.
