GCSE Results Day - Holly, Emmi & Leo's Story

Their results will ensure our students can now leave Priory, equipped with the right skills and attitudes to help them succeed in life, contribute positively to society, and go on to further education, employment or training. Here's how Holly, Emmi and Leo got on...

Holly

Holly is another one of our pupils who wants to go into acting. Among her superb results was a BTEC Level 2 Distinction in Drama. 

“I have got a place in the Liverpool Institute of Performing Arts. I secured it in March. It was a tough application, followed by an interview and audition. They have 40 places and more than 100 people went for a place, including candidates from Spain!” 

Emmi

Emmi was absolutely over the moon with her results. 

“I can’t quite believe I got an 8 and 7 in science and a Grade 7 in History.” 

Her most important results were a Distinction Star in Graphic Design and Engineering. 

“I want to go to Runshaw College and do 3D Design, Graphic Design and Psychology.” 

Leo

Leo celebrated one Grade 9, two 8s, three 7s and two 5s. 

“I want to go to Runshaw College to study Computer Science, Maths and Further Maths. 

“I want to do back end programming in the future.”
