Last night, the assembly hall was abuzz with excitement as families of Year 7 and Year 8 pupils, along with staff members, gathered for an Easter bingo fundraising event that proved to be a spectacular success. Cash is still be counted however early indications show that we have already topped last year's figure, marking a significant contribution to our school’s fundraising efforts.

The evening was filled with laughter and friendly competition as attendees vied for the array of delightful prizes. Mr Eastham led the number calling and added this new-found talent to his daytime role as Priory's Principal. Each line won elicited cheers as winners received bags brimming with chocolate treats. The stakes were high for the winning houses, which were awarded hampers packed with chocolate, wine, and assorted Easter gifts, ensuring the spirit of the season was felt by all.

A special mention goes to the raffle, which featured a chocolate cake homemade by our talented Vice Principal and Food Technology teacher, Mrs Cowell, and a handcrafted floral* basket from our award-winning gardener, Mr Farron. These unique prizes, along with the generous donations of Easter eggs and £1 coins given by our pupils in exchange for the prior non-uniform day, added a touch of Priory charm to the event.

We would also like to mention the invaluable assistance provided by our prefect helpers, Cameron, Megan, and Abigail.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to everyone who participated.  Your support and generosity are what make events like these possible, and we look forward to many more in the future.
