Kacper bakes to support home country's flood disaster fund

Kacper made his own cakes to sell and raise money for the Polish Red Cross.

Year 10 Kacper’s parents are from Poland and he has relatives who still live there.

“There were floods there last month, large amounts of flooding in the big cities so I wanted to do something,” said Kacper.

“I made cakes and cookies at home. I do enjoy baking, and brought them in and raised £35 for the Polish Red Cross. 

"It was also about raising awareness of the situation in Poland too as people asked me questions about it.”
