Year 7 Halloween Charity Bake Off

ARTICLE WRITTEN BY YEAR 7 SCHOOL COUNCIL 

Year 7 School Council has organised its first baking competition and sale with a spooky Halloween twist! 

There were some fantastic entries, and we want to thank all of you who put in the effort to bake. The cakes sold really fast and they all looked delicious! 

We raised £77 which will be going to a good cause (yet to be decided) and we are looking forward to planning our next fundraiser soon.  

All the entries were brilliant and everyone who baked will receive achievement points and a certificate, but the winner of our Boo Box was Owen K, with Isla D 2nd, and 3rd place going to Scarlett F.  Special mentions also go to Archie S, Hugh H, Imogen D, Riley E and Emilie H.

Thank you again for all the effort you put into supporting the event and, of course, for buying the cakes too!
