It was British Pudding Day this week and to celebrate, Mrs Cowell opened up the Food Technology classroom after school for Year 8 pupils to make six sticky toffee cupcakes each to take home. 

As well as making these delicious treats, Mrs Cowell also let them in on her mum's secret family recipe for toffee sauce which was used to top the cakes alongside toffee popcorn.
